I'm in Springfield on business and had an emergency which required immediate dental attention; long story short -- the front desk managers are wizards with scheduling and got me in immediately. I really don't know how else to say it but the Baystate Dental team is phenomenal. Dr. Park was extremely kind, poise, professional and very knowledgeable. She put me at ease within 15 seconds of meeting her. (really took the time to answer all 156 of my questions). It's very rare to find a practice where everyone actually cares about you. I wish I could transport this practice to New York City (where I am from!). Thank you so much to the entire team for taking care of me!

Dr. Park was super nice and made me feel at ease. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and explained why I needed to watch out for certain bad habits, which was informative and made me more motivated. She fixed my broken tooth on the spot and it went smoothly.

Dr. Park is meticulous and extremely professional. She answers all questions that you have patiently and tries to make the process as painless as possible. I have been coming here for over a year and have had a great experience. The reception staff are also very warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Just finished the first of two appointments for a crown with Dr. Park and Yvonne. They were an amazing working team: capable, collaborative, professional, skilled and very caring and thoughtful. I had a great experience given the circumstances and procedure. I highly recommend them for the next time you need dental care.
